I don't know the exact date but iirc Botamon first appeared in Kenji Watanabes Tamagotchi manga before the Ver1 (this is even reference in Time Strangers interestingly).

Also how would Nanimon be counted? Cause yea it appeared in that form on the Ver4 but it's also literally just Oyajitchi with sunglasses lol.
